Bringing a tired bungalow back to life inside and out, and leaving the grounds finished rather than churned up when the work is done.
Some houses need a bit of everything, and a full renovation is where all the trades have to pull in the same direction. This bungalow was taken right back and rebuilt around how it would actually be lived in: a new roof over the top, fresh render on the outside, and the inside refurbished throughout.
The detail most builders skip is the finish beyond the walls. The garden and grounds were reinstated at the end, so what the owners were left with was a finished home in a finished setting, not a smart house sitting in a building site.
